We are devoted to making the arts accessible to all southern Illinois children. We use art to connect our community and help children astound the world with their amazing talents!
Our goal is to provide artistic opportunities to a diverse population who may otherwise not have access to such programs. We do not allow cultural or economic barriers to prevent children from participating. The programs offered by Artstarts, a non-profit, 501(c)3 charitable organization, are for residents who reside in the southern 14 counties of Illinois.
